1. Assumption of Risk

By using Barkspace services, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with animal care. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of accidents, behavioural responses, or injuries.

2. Owner Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date health and behavioural information for their pets. Failure to disclose relevant concerns releases Barkspace from liability for any incidents that may arise.

3. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Barkspace harmless from any claims, legal fees, or damages resulting from their pet’s behaviour or the client's breach of policy.

4. Emergency Veterinary Care

If a pet experiences a medical emergency and the client cannot be reached, Barkspace is authorized to seek care from a licensed veterinarian. The client agrees to reimburse all related expenses.
5. Insurance Disclosure.

Barkspace is insured for professional liability, including bodily injury and property damage. Clients are responsible for having personal pet insurance if desired.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any conflict, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before legal action.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Barkspace, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined in this waiver.

Barkspace Dog Training Terms & Policies.

Client Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Provider Cancellations:

If services are canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.Client Responsibilities

Health and Vaccinations: Ensure pets are up-to-date on vaccinations (e.g., rabies, bordetella, DHPP) and free from contagious conditions.
Behavioural Disclosures: Inform us of any behavioural issues, aggression, or special needs your pet may have.
Equipment: Provide necessary equipment, such as leashes or harnesses, in good condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

Barkspace are not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents involving your pet during services, except in cases of gross negligence. Clients assume all risks associated with pet services.

6. Use of Media

Photos or videos of your pet taken during services may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
